1. General Terms
1.1 Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the Emicart Platform, including purchasing products and availing services. By accessing our platform, you accept these terms in full.
1.2 Eligibility
To place an order, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- Provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information.
2. Ordering & Payment
2.1 Order Placement
- Orders can be placed via the Emicart Platform.
- You must provide accurate delivery details to avoid order delays or cancellations.
2.2 Payment Method
- We strictly accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Customers must pay the full amount in cash upon receiving their order.
2.3 Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Orders will be confirmed via call, SMS, or email before dispatch.
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
- Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it; after this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2.4 Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- The total amount includes the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees (if any).
3. Delivery Policy
3.1 Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are processed and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
3.2 Delivery Confirmation
- A confirmation call or message will be sent before dispatch.
- If the customer is unreachable, the order may be delayed or canceled.
3.3 Delivery Address & Responsibility
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in order cancellation.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
4. Return & Refund Policy
4.1 Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
- Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return.
- If a defect is detected after opening, service options will be provided as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
- If a product is found completely defective upon arrival, our team will verify and offer a replacement or service.
4.2 Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once a product has been delivered.
- In case of a defective product, replacement or service will be provided after verification.
4.3 Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
- If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, we will process it accordingly.

6. Shop Online & Pickup In-Store
6.1 Pickup Orders
- Customers can order online and pick up from the designated Emicart store.
- Once an order is placed for in-store pickup, cancellations are not allowed.
6.2 Pickup Deadline
- Orders must be collected within the specified pickup window; failure to do so may result in cancellation.
