At Emicart, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for product returns, order cancellations, and refunds. By placing an order with Emicart, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Products Eligible for Return
Only the following products may be eligible for return:
– Electronics & Mobile Devices – Must be in original, sealed, and unused condition.
– Accessories – Must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
1.2 Return Conditions
A product will be accepted for return only if:
– It is returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
– The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
– The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (verified by Emicart’s team).
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
– Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
– Second-hand smartphones (covered under the seller’s warranty policy).
– Items with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging.
– Products with software-related issues (handled by the manufacturer).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

– Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Verification & Approval
– Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.
– If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Pickup / Drop-Off
– Return shipping options will be provided based on your location.
– Products must be returned in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
4. Inspection & Resolution
– Once received, the product will be inspected.
– If eligible, we will offer replacement or service as per the policy.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Window
– Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
– Once the cancellation window expires, the order cannot be canceled.
3.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
– Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
– If you refuse delivery, you may be blacklisted from future purchases.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 No Cash Refunds
– Emicart does not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
– Refunds are only applicable in cases where the wrong product is delivered or a product is completely defective and cannot be replaced.
4.2 Replacement or Store Credit
– If a defective product is returned and approved, a replacement will be offered.
– In special cases, store credit may be provided for future purchases.
4.3 Refund Process (if applicable)
– If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
5. Shop Online & Pickup In-Store Policy
5.1 Pickup Guidelines
– Customers can place an order online and pick up their products from the designated Emicart store.
– Orders must be collected within the specified pickup window.
5.2 Cancellation of In-Store Pickup Orders
– Once an order is placed for in-store pickup, cancellations are not allowed.
– If an order is not collected within the given time, Emicart reserves the right to cancel it.
